Returns:
Since this is a made to order handmade piece, a return is only accepted if the product is damaged in transit. In case of damage, kindly share an unboxing video with us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will reach out to you.

1. Why are the delivery timeliness long?
Since these are handmade products, a lot of time goes into making sure that it strikes the perfect balance of beauty, quality and durability. Hence, the process cannot be rushed.
2. Is international shipping available?
Currently no, however, this is a prospect for the future.
3. On what grounds can I return the product?
The product is returnable only if damaged. Kindly record an unboxing video and share on the WhatsApp number
provided. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the grounds for return are not established. Request you to understand that each piece is made after hours of hard work and dedication hence we do not accept returns unless a damaged
product has been delivered.
4. Why will there be slight variations to the product I receive?
Since each product is handmade and not mass-produced, it may not be possible to create an exact replica of what you see in the images. That said, the finesse and quality of the product will not be compromised.
5. I want a product that's made-to-order just for me. Is that possible?
