Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet entered the production or customisation stage.

Once an order has been confirmed for processing or customisation, cancellations may not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and often customised nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

The product received is damaged during transit

The product received is incorrect or significantly different from what was ordered
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs & videos showing the issue, the original packaging and unboxing. A video of unboxing the product is mandatory in case of damage during transit.
Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred due to an error on our part.
Customised & Made-to-Order Products
Customised or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are created specifically based on individual preferences and requirements. We request customers to review all customisation details carefully before placing the order.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we take utmost care in packaging our products, if your order arrives damaged or defective:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear images & videos of the damaged product, packaging and unboxing. A video of unboxing the product is mandatory in case of damage during transit.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Shipping-Related Issues
Souls Kindled is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier service to resolve delivery-related concerns.
